What does it mean to be a VIP?
The "Vabrio Implementation Partner" (VIP) Program is designed to bring our customer base closer to our staff. The best product managers are not working for Vabrio, Inc., they are the people using the system on a day-to-day basis. Our customer base knows what they need well before we ever do. We can do as much market research as humanly possible, but if we do not talk directly with our customers we are missing the boat. We think there should be an easy way for our customers to get in direct contact with our staff, so we have developed the VIP Program.
How many times have you wanted to talk to the company behind the software you are using? One day you are trying to do something and the system just does not seem to want to work the way you think it should work. If only there was a small feature that could be added or a small change made to make your life easier. Well, we here at Vabrio, Inc. want to open a direct channel between our customers and our staff. We do not mean a team of customer support representatives. We mean a direct line to our product managers, designers and developers.
This program is open to anyone using the system. This includes passive candidates, active job seekers, individual recruiters and recruiting companies. We want everyone to have a voice and the ability to be heard by the people that can help them.
What are my responsibilities as a VIP?
All we are asking in return from our VIPs is a bit of their time and honest feedback. You will have access to our new features before the general public. We ask that you try out the system and play around with the new features. Once you have used the system, let us know what you like or dislike about it and how we can improve the system. Your direct feedback will be incorporated into the enhancement or replacement of that feature, so please be as candid as you can. In the end our goal is to make your job as simple as possible, and with your help and our team of experienced product managers, designers and developers we are confident we can do just that.
How do I become a VIP?
Simply send your VIP request using the Contact Page. We will notify you of your acceptance into the program and any details you may need within 48 business hours. You will receive a VIP login and password you can use to gain access to the VIP section of this site. Please only send one VIP request, as multiple requests may delay your registration.
The VIP program has a strict limit so we can give each VIP the time and attention they deserve, but new openings will be added periodically as new features get released. If the current phase of the VIP program is full we will contact you about future availability.
